This clinical opportunity involves delivering medical assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing psychiatric management for adult service users suffering from severe and enduring mental health illnesses, including mood disorders, schizophrenia, psychosis, severe anxiety, and personality disorders. The post holder will provide clinical expertise to the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), collaborating with care coordinators, social workers, and allied health professionals to deliver personalized care pathways across northern Oxfordshire. Core Clinical Responsibilities: Lead the psychiatric diagnostic evaluation, risk assessment, and treatment planning for adult patients referred to the Banbury Community Mental Health Team.
