What you''ll be doing In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care. Undertake comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including diagnosis, risk assessments and the development of individualised treatment plans for patients presenting with a range of complex mental health conditions. Provide ongoing medical leadership and clinical oversight, reviewing patients'' progress, evaluating treatment outcomes and adjusting care plans to ensure safe, effective and evidence-based treatment. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), including psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic, person-centred care and support patients throughout their recovery.
