Consultant Psychiatrist - CAMHS, Preston (10PA). This post will attract a Recruitment Premia. The post is full time (10PA) and based at Ellen House in Preston. The successful applicant will also be invited onto our Safety and Improvement Fellowship programme, a development initiative funded by the Trust in collaboration with Lancaster University and Matthew Syed Consulting to deepen improvement skills.The postholder will be expected to participate on the Consultant On Call rota, for which additional remuneration will be payable.Main duties

The post holder will be a leading member of a well-established community children and young people\''s mental health service. You will provide input to the Preston CYP service and Royal Preston Hospital AandE and Paediatric ward.Qualifications and eligibility

MBBS or equivalentFull GMC registration and Licence to PractiseOn GMC Specialist Register or eligible for entry within 6 months of interviewSection 12 Approved or eligible within 3 months of startingAc Status ( Approved Clinician) or eligible within 3 monthsExperience

Knowledge, experience and skills relevant to this roleRemuneration and terms

Remuneration will be as set out in the New Consultant Contract according to previous experience. The role attracts a £40k recruitment premia on commencement and a relocation package may be available. There is associated on-call/consultant rota remuneration.About the Trust and benefits
