Purpose and Scope of the Role As an MandE Asset Management Consultant, you''ll survey and assess mechanical and electrical building services across a diverse portfolio of client sites. You''ll capture accurate asset data, evaluate condition and compliance, and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations to inform maintenance strategies, lifecycle planning and investment decisions. Working with engineering, facilities management and client teams, you''ll use digital survey tools, asset management software and data analytics to improve asset information and support effective project delivery.
