About the RoleAs a Consultant, you will:Deliver comprehensive oral care to adults with learning disabilities, complex medical conditions, and challenging behaviours.Use a full range of techniques including behavioural management, inhalation sedation, and general anaesthesia.Provide clinical leadership and a specialist referral service for eligible patients.Support and supervise the training of community dentists, dental core trainees, specialist trainees, and postgraduates.Collaborate closely with the Derbyshire operational leadership team and contribute to services across CDS-CIC as needed.What we''re looking for:-GDC registration and inclusion on the Specialist List in Special Care Dentistry.Active NHS Primary Dental Care Performer Number.Strong leadership and teamwork skills.A patient-centred approach with a commitment to high-quality care.About us
