If you''re passionate about acute psychiatry and enjoy a mix of intensive inpatient work and intensive community treatment, this role offers genuine clinical variety and leadership opportunity. The Role 10 PA contract - 7 DCC, 3 SPA (with 1 SPA from home). Clinical leadership as Responsible Clinician for: Patients admitted to PICU (regional service, accepting referrals from other areas). Patients under the HTT, supporting admission avoidance and early discharge. Active role in: Assessment of new admissions, risk assessments and management plans. Regular psychiatric reviews, MDT meetings and collaborative working with Acute Care and Community teams. Clinical supervision of junior doctors, wider clinical staff and medical students.
