The appointed Consultant will manage a complex portfolio of malignant haemato-oncology (leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma) and non-malignant blood disorders, functioning as a key pillar within a level-3 BCSH-accredited multidisciplinary environment. Core Clinical Responsibilities: Provide expert clinical management for inpatients and outpatients suffering from diverse haematological malignancies and coagulation disorders. Oversee laboratory haematology services, blood bank operations, and the validation of complex blood films and bone marrow aspirates. Lead and actively contribute to regional haemato-oncology multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings to formulate comprehensive treatment protocols.
