Consultant - Construction Claims and Dispute Resolution 45,000 - 60,000 + package Construction Consultancy Claims and Dispute ResolutionWe are working with a specialist construction consultancy that specialises in Construction Claims and Dispute Resolution and they are looking to appoint a Consultant to join their growing team in Central London.This is a junior-level opportunity that would suit someone who has recently qualified, has completed an MSc in Construction Law, or has developed a strong interest in pursuing a career within construction claims, contract management and dispute resolution.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants and gain exposure to a broad range of construction and engineering projects across the UK, developing specialist experience across claims, contracts and disputes.The Role As a Consultant, you will support senior members of the team across a range of commissions, with responsibilities potentially including:Assisting with the preparation and assessment of construction claims.Supporting the analysis of contractual and project documentation.Reviewing contracts, correspondence, programmes, payment records and other project information.Assisting with delay, disruption and quantum-related matters.Supporting the preparation of reports, submissions and other technical documentation.Assisting with dispute resolution and adjudication matters.Undertaking research into contractual and legal issues.Working ..... full job details .....
