The Ecologist will carry out habitat and protected species surveys, contribute to Ecological Impact Assessments, and assist with biodiversity net gain and mitigation strategies. You will work alongside experienced specialists across terrestrial, freshwater and marine ecology disciplines.

To be considered for this Ecologist position, you should have:

• Experience in UK ecological consultancy, including surveys and reporting
• Knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and planning processes
• Strong fieldwork and report writing skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK
• The ability to live in or near to the Manchester office
