As an Ecologist, you will undertake a range of habitat and protected species surveys, assist with ecological assessments, prepare technical reports and support project delivery from initial site appraisal through to completion. The Ecologist will work alongside experienced environmental specialists on a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK. Requirements:
* Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science or a related discipline
* Experience undertaking ecological surveys and report writing
* Knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and planning policy
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
* Full right to work in the UK
* Membership of CIEEM or working towards membership
* Must live within a commutable distance of the Birmingham office
