Varied and clinically interesting outpatient caseload across mood, anxiety and neuro-developmental disorders with some more complex severe and enduring patient presentations, covering assessment and treatment pathways and early progression to a balanced caseload of new and follow-up patients.Options to immediately refer patients in-house to multidisciplinary team members offering a variety of therapeutic treatment modalitiesTimetabled weekly and monthly MDT meetings, risk management meetings, with opportunities to be involved in clinical leadership and service development where interestedPatient referrals are managed centrally and allocated to meet your clinical caseload preferenceAll patient, GP and insurer liaison, including diary booking, dictation, transcription and report formatting is handled by our PA team, allocated to support you with your caseloadWeekly, monthly and quarterly peer and MDT meetings that can be attended remotelyA role that would appeal to those seeking an engaging caseload mix; a healthy blend of clinical patient facing time, with opportunities for service development, quality improvement and involvement with our innovation projectsExperience

You have a full GMC license, CCT in Child and Adolescent PsychiatryYou have recent and relevant experience providing safe and effective interventions to improve the lives of individuals and families struggling with mental health difficultiesSkills/Qualities

You are a provider of safe and effective therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents and familiesYou know when to make appropriate recommendations and referrals to other services where appropriateYou are a team player and enjoy supporting others in the workplaceYou have effective time management skillsYou can support and advise the multidisciplinary team where appropriateYou have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsYou are able to support the development of new initiatives and ways of workingYou work within your competency and standards as defined by your professional body, with whom you are in good standingYou are happy to take direction from departmental leads where relevantYou are interested in contributing to our clinical governance program and in the development of new services at PsymplicityBenefits
