Consultancy Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview We are working with a well-established and growing construction consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office. This is a key position offering the opportunity to lead cost management commissions from project inception through to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and taking ownership of the commercial success of multiple schemes. Working closely with the Directors and wider project teams, you will play an integral role in providing cost advice, procurement support, contract administration, and financial reporting, while also contributing to the continued growth and success of the Bristol office. Key responsibilities will include: Delivering full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across a range of projects Preparing cost plans, feasibility estimates, and budget reports Managing procurement processes, tender documentation, and contractor appointments Administering construction contracts and managing change control procedures Monitoring project costs, valuations, and financial performance throughout delivery Preparing and agreeing final accounts Providing strategic commercial advice to ..... full job details .....
