Site Manager - Luton - 1 Week Holiday Cover

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to provide holiday cover on a -700k CAT C office fit-out project in Luton for a leading Design & Build office fitout contractor.

You will be the No.1 on site, responsible for overseeing all site operations with a particular focus on Health & Safety. Support will be provided by a visiting Commercial Manager, Design Team and site labour.-

This is a short-term contract opportunity covering Monday 26th October to Friday 30th October, with a full site handover taking place this-Friday 23rd October.

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Office fitout experience
• Strong Health & Safety management skills
