Job Title: Wall and Floor Tiling Tutor (Trainee or Qualified) Location: Centre based Salary: up to£40,000 (inclusive of location uplift) - Depending on skills and experience Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + more Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Candidates must hold a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ in Wall and Floor Tiling etc. Must be an expert in your field with substantial hands-on competency - minimum of 5 years hands on experience. Hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents. Comfortable to deliver classroom / workshop-based training to small groups. Happy to undertake the relevant teaching and/or assessing qualifications. Duties: Teach/assess learners within a classroom-based environment, working towards vocational qualifications in Wall and Floor Tiling. Support learners working towards Functional Skills English and Maths up to Level 2. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner''s needs. Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners'' skills knowledge and behaviours Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews. Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
