Job Title: Construction Tutor - Peterborough Contract Type: Permanent Salary Range: £25,000 - £36,000 About the Role / Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Construction Tutor to join our team in Peterborough. This role offers an opportunity to engage with learners and help them achieve their educational goals in a supportive environment. As a Construction Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in construction skills, ensuring that students acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills to succeed in the industry. This role is on-site, 5 days per week, in Peterborough. The role will involve teaching Multi-Skills. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective construction skills training to students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Develop and update training materials to align with industry standards. Support students in achieving their educational and career objectives. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of construction skills and industry practices. Teaching or assessing qualification is required. Level 3 qualification in a construction-related field is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students. Experience in teaching or training is preferred.
