Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Tractor Operator in a construction setting.
• Strong understanding of tractor operation and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to safety.

Duration: Up to 4 years
