An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled Construction Teacher to join a forward-thinking and inclusive school within a well-established trust. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging, practical lessons that inspire students and support their personal and academic development.

You will deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, specialising in Construction within Design & Technology. The role involves planning and delivering practical, hands-on lessons that develop students'' technical skills, confidence, and understanding of construction principles.

You will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a range of abilities
• Inspire and motivate students through practical and vocational learning
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Contribute to curriculum development within Design & Technology
• Support students'' personal development, behaviour, and wellbeing

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience teaching Construction or Design & Technology (or relevant industry experience)
• Holds QTS (or is willing to work towards it)
• Has strong subject knowledge and practical skills
• Can engage and support students with a range of needs, including SEN or SEMH
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Is resilient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
• Has high expectations for student achievement and behaviour
