Reporting to the Construction Package Manager, you’ll supervise daily activity across assigned work packages, coordinating subcontractors, labour, materials and site access to ensure works are delivered safely, correctly and on programme. The Role You’ll support the delivery of packages including windows, external doors, building services, interiors and associated construction works. Working closely with the Package Manager, specialist subcontractors and wider project team, you’ll ensure everyone understands the programme, approved drawings, quality requirements and safe systems of work. You’ll monitor progress, productivity and workmanship, maintain accurate records and escalate risks before they affect delivery.
