Construction Supervisor to join our Buildings team in Mayfair on the prestigious South Molton Triangle project. This landmark development in the heart of London requires a skilled professional who can lead and manage construction activities to ensure successful project delivery.What you''ll do:Promote the site safety culture, ensure all works are carried out in planned, controlled and safe manner in accordance with statutory regulations, current standards and company health, safety, environmental and quality standards.Oversee subcontractors, labour and material requirements for the contract and support Project Managers with matters primarily relating to on and off-site activities.Coordinate and manage trades on site with regard to both build trades and MEP trades.Solve site problems when they occur, providing feedback to Project Managers on any defects or defaults found and put forward any innovative ideas to alter current methodology.Ensure good record keeping is maintained, including letters, e mails, notices, drawings, site records, and computer data. Ensure daily diaries are completed and that progress reports are communicated on a regular basis to the senior managementRegularly inspect works for compliance with design, and specifications, and ensure all design solutions offered by designers and sub-contractors fully comply with the project requirements.What you''ll bring to the role:Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in major commercial building projectsBe in possession of a current Managers CSCS card and other relevant qualifications including SMSTS and First Aider QualifiedConstruction related qualification to HNC level or equivalentPrevious experience of managing multiple trade contractorsEqual opportunitiesWe thrive through embracing differences, whether they be social backgrounds, ethnicity, disability, gender identity or expression, age, religion, sexual orientation and any other protected characteristic – we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
