Will deputise for the Contract Managers. Ensure work complies with current statutory and non-statutory legislation, adhere to the MXM Contractors Ltd work ethics and service levels. Escalate issues to the Contract Mangers as appropriate. Effective management of all team resources, systems, and processes to ensure service delivery with a commercial focus. Manage the Operatives within the team; drive their performance to meet deadlines, complete projects up to high quality standards and ensure service levels are met. Oversea projects and visit sites weekly.- Coach others to promote innovation and creativity. Challenge poor performance, workmanship, and inefficiency. Identify training and development needs and contribute to the Learning and Development plan.
