Translate construction technology into practical solutions for clientsLead technical discussions with clients and guide internal teams to support their needsDesign client-specific digital solutions based on company methodology and client requirementsOwn the system setup and lifecycle throughout the client’s project, from fit-out start to deliveryDive into project metrics and workflows, applying deep construction knowledge to optimise outcomesSupport implementation, including discovery sessions and aligning project requirements with technology solutionsCollaborate with Customer Success, Product, and other teams to deliver seamless project supportQualifications

7+ years operational experience in construction projectsDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalentStrong working knowledge of 3D software and BIM environments; experience with Navisworks Manage is an advantageProficiency in Revit and AutoCADStrong understanding of MEP systems and installationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage client interfaces, discovery sessions, and represent the company professionallyHighly organised with strong time management and problem-solving abilitiesTech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and G SuiteSeniority level
