You will handle a wide range of construction matters, including:Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, appointments, and collateral warrantiesAdvising on standard form contracts such as JCT and NECHandling disputes including adjudication, arbitration, and litigationAdvising developers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on complex construction projectsSupporting senior colleagues on large-scale infrastructure and development projectsWhat’s on Offer
