Yolk Legal are recruiting for a Birmingham opportunity with the backing of a Top 100 law firm, offering a 0-4 PQE Construction Solicitor the chance to develop across both advisory and disputes work.

You''ll work with employers, contractors, subcontractors, construction professionals, financial institutions and other stakeholders across a genuinely varied caseload.

What you''ll get involved in

Your experience will span both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, including:

• Construction and engineering contracts
• Professional appointments
• Warranties
• Bonds and guarantees
• Contract negotiations
• Dispute avoidance
• Adjudications
• Court proceedings
• Arbitration
• Mediation and other ADR
• Construction-related advisory work

You''ll also gain exposure to projects across sectors including:

Commercial and industrial development | Infrastructure | Housebuilding | Healthcare | Education | Retail | Leisure | Public sector

This role would suit a solicitor with 0-4 years'' PQE who has construction experience or closely related experience.
