Construction Solicitor (Legal Director, 8+ PQE, London, £90-120,000 (DOE)) . Excellent opportunity to join the well-established Construction and Engineering team of this UK Top 50 law firm.Responsibilities

Advise a wide range of public and private sector clients, including local authorities, NHS Trusts, further and higher education institutions, academies, funders, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.Develop and manage specialist contentious construction matters with a focus on adjudication, litigation, and arbitration.Provide advice on disputes arising under standard industry construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC) and advise on potential disputes and risk management.Utilize various methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution as appropriate.Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, consistently produce high-quality work, and take a proactive, flexible approach to client service and deadlines.Qualifications

Solid technical knowledge and experience gained within a strong regional, City, or national firm.Experience in some or all of the following areas: Adjudication, Litigation, Arbitration.Strong understanding of advising on disputes under standard construction contracts and ADR methods.Benefits
