The role will support a significant capital expenditure project currently underway, working alongside the wider project team and providing legal support as the project progresses. The position would suit a construction lawyer who is comfortable working in a project environment, dealing directly with stakeholders and providing practical, commercially focused legal advice. The Role Working as part of the project team, you will provide legal support across a range of construction-related matters, including: Advising on construction contracts and project documentation. Working with NEC and bespoke construction contracts. Supporting the project team with contractual issues as they arise during the project.
