Construction Site Supervisor - Location: Andover
 
We are working with reputable construction company, who deliver high quality commercial projects across the U.K. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join their team on a long term commercial project, based near Andover.
 
The Role

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers, while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction site activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Regular tool box talks.
• Manage subcontractors and site workers.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently.

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• CSCS card (required).
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (SSSTS Essential).

• Salary between £230-£260 per day depending on skills and experience.
