Construction Site Supervisor

GANGER  (GROUNDWORKS/CIVILS)– NORWICH
Immediate Start | Ongoing Contract | Long-Term Opportunity

ARC are recruiting for an experienced Ganger to join a major Civils and Infrastructure project in Norwich.

This is an ongoing contract with the potential for long-term work and a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Obtain and manage Permit to Dig authorisations
• Carry out CAT & Genny scanning prior to excavation
• Identify and mark underground services
• Lead and coordinate a small gang on site
• Work closely with the Foreman to deliver daily activities
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with RAMS
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and productivity

Requirements:

• HSG47 Competency – Essential
• CAT & Genny
• Previous Civils or Infrastructure experience
• Experience leading a gang on site
• Good understanding of safe digging practices and underground services
• CSCS Card
