Construction Site Safety Manager

HSE Recruitment are working on one of the biggest construction projects in the South West in recent years. As such we are seeking a competent Construction Site Safety Manager to lead health, safety and environmental performance across the major construction and infrastructure programme, ensuring people, contractors and the environment are protected at all times. The role will be based in Bridgewater and requires someone who lives in the area or who is going to relocate.You''ll drive a safe working culture and manage risk assessment activity, approve RAMS, oversee contractor safety, carry out site inspections and investigate incidents and near misses. You''ll ensure full compliance with CDM and wider HSE and environmental regulations, while providing assurance against ISO standards and internal frameworks.
