The role requires a strong background in CDM compliance, civil engineering, electrical works, architectural packages, and building refurbishment projects. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day site management of refurbishment and construction activities. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and site HSE requirements. Coordinate civils, electrical, architectural and general building trades. Manage subcontractors, programme delivery, quality and client interface. Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and progress reporting. Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
