Construction Site Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Manager / Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple active residential construction sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is confident coordinating teams and site activities. The suzessful applicant will be responsible for supervising and managing site operations on projects across London including Loft Conversions, Home Extensions and Full Renovation and Interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily site operations and ensure projects run smoothly Take a hands-on approach, supporting trades where required Ensure all works are completed in line with project plans and schedules Monitor and enforce health and safety standards Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics Organise and carry out deliveries of materials to site as needed (using company Van) Travel between sites to oversee and facilitate ongoing works (Van provided) Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications Maintain site cleanliness, organisation and security Identify and resolve on-site issues Keep accurate records, including site photos and progress updates Assist with snagging, inspections, and final project handover Requirements: Proven experience in a similar site management or supervisory role ideal - role is open to various levels of experience (Site-based ..... full job details .....
