Site Manager – Fast-Track 12-Week Project
Location: Central London
Rate: £280–£310/day
Start Date: 15th September 2025
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a top-tier D&B contractor, taking charge of a prestigious three-floor commercial office refurbishment in Central London. This £1m fast-track fit-out demands strong leadership, precise coordination, and an unwavering focus on high-quality finishes. Interviews are being arranged immediately, with delivery expected to the highest standard.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven fit-out experience, ideally with a main contractor / D&B turnkey background
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously
- Hands-on leadership style with a track record of delivering under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of daily site operations, ensuring programme, budget, and quality targets are achieved
- Lead subcontractors, site teams, and junior staff effectively
- Work closely with the Director on planning, resourcing, and issue resolution
- Enforce strict health & safety compliance across the site
- Resolve technical, design, and commercial challenges swiftly and effectively
- Monitor progress, costs, and reporting, keeping stakeholders informed
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams
- Deliver snagging, handover, and project close-out to the highest standard
Ideal Candidate
- Strong track record delivering £1m+ commercial fit-outs in London
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills
- Commercially astute with a focus on quality delivery
- All certifications/tickets up to date
