Site Manager - High End Residential - Demo - Kensington - ASAPOur client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Kensington. This project is 22 weeks in duration and due to start ASAP. Project value is approx. £10m. Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and demolition.Key requirements

Valid CSCS/CCDOValid SMSTS and First Aid qualificationProven experience as a Site Manager on demolition projectsIdeally experience working on projects in the value of £5m - £10mExperience working on high end residential projectsGood communication and leadership skillsWill be required to interview with the clientIf interested please get in touch with Tom on 02030085212.
