Construction Site Cleaner 

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11

We are recruiting for a Construction Site Cleaner to join our busy and growing client based in Spalding. Shift Patterns

Monday to Friday 

Hours 08:00 - 16:00

Pay rate

£12.71 per hour 

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of construction waste, leftover materials, and packaging safely.
• Remove plaster residue, paint splatters, and adhesive marks from walls, windows, and floors.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all areas using heavy-duty equipment to eliminate fine building dust.
• Remove waste, and fine dust from building sites to maintain safe, efficient work environments. 

Skills and Experience

• Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and perform manual labor 
• Approach to cleaning ensures that no areas are overlooked, especially during final cleans
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience in similar role desirable but not essential 
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Own transport essential due to location
