Construction / Scheduling Administrator

Your new role

• Review and ensure all work orders with the correct problem code, site location, contact details and a detailed description of works required, problem and any access issues.Raising of reactive work orders for Engineers
  Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers
• Allocate all work orders.
• Monitoring of inboxes as and when required
• Communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally, for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls

What you''ll need to succeed

• Previous experience of working in a construction admin role
• Scheduling experience
• Experience of raising work orders
• Excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook.
• Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.

What you''ll get in return

• -13.80 per hour
• 2 month temporary role with possible extension
• Office-based - no hybrid or home working
• 8am-5pm
• Starting ASAP
