Specialising in car parks, mixed-use developments, and industrial fit-out projects, our client is seeking an experienced Bid Manager / Sales Estimator to play a pivotal role in winning and securing new business opportunities. The Role This is a commercially focused position that combines bid management, estimating, and business development responsibilities. You will lead tender submissions from initial enquiry through to contract award, ensuring competitive, accurate, and commercially robust proposals. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the full tender and bid process from enquiry to contract award. Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing schedules, and tender submissions. Review drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop winning bids. Collaborate with operational, commercial, and technical teams throughout the bid process. Support business development activities and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Prepare professional presentations and proposal documentation.
