Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver both Construction and Interior Fit out Projects within the Commercial Office, Light Industrial, Private Healthcare and NHS Sectors. Project values traditionally range from 500k up to 15 million. Projects are typically Berkshire, Buckinghamshire , Surrey, Middlesex, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire , Wiltshire and Bedfordshire The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for new build construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects . These will predominately be High- Specification Commercial Offices, Warehouses and Private Hospitals. The scope of these projects will incorporate Construction, Structural Packages, MandE and Specialist Fit Out packages. Working for a growing Principal Contractor this is a client facing role and the Construction Project Manager will be interfacing with a variety of key stakeholders within the client. As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for programming the project, undertaking resource and material planning, managing specialist subcontractors and running the project to time and budget .
