Our client is a well-established, regional multi-disciplinary main contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the high end commercial and residential, sectors. With project values typically ranging from -5m to -50m, the business is known for its strong delivery capability, collaborative approach, and long-standing client relationships.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced-Construction-Project-Manager-to lead the delivery of a 20 million pound housing project in Virginia Water . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating-construction-activities from initial planning through to-project-completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate-the project from inception to completion.
• Manage-project-schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate-project-risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate-project-documentation.
