Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced to join an established construction business and take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.This is a hands-on role suited to a Project Manager with a strong main-contracting/building background, ideally gained across commercial refurbishment, industrial, manufacturing, stadiums, leisure, fit-out or other technically complex environments.You will take ownership of project delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesTake overall responsibility for the successful delivery of allocated projects.Manage projects from pre-construction and procurement through to completion and handover.Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams.Manage procurement, subcontractor packages and material requirements.Monitor project progress, costs, quality and programme performance.Work closely with the commercial team to maintain financial control.Manage variations, changes and contractual requirements.Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and client requirements.Maintain strong communication with clients and provide regular project updates.Coordinate ..... full job details .....
