Key responsibilities: Full accountability for the safe, successful and profitable delivery of design & build projects up to £15m in value across the retail, banking, leisure and student accommodation sectors. Leadership and management of the project team (Senior Site Managers, Site Managers and Logistics Managers), supply chain and specialist subcontractors throughout all project phases.
