With a strong pipeline of projects across London, Essex and the East of England, they are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of projects on site and drive them through to successful completion. The role As a delivery focused Construction Project Manager, you ll be leading the project day to day, driving the programme, managing the site team and supply chain and making sure the job is delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the right quality. You ll be the key point of contact on the project, working closely with the client while bringing together the design, commercial and operational teams to keep everything moving. That means being visible on site, knowing exactly where the project stands and dealing with issues before they become problems. You ll also have involvement during pre-construction, giving you the opportunity to influence how projects are planned and delivered before arriving on site. Why this business?
