Construction Project ManagerLincoln, Lincolnshire 40,000 to 50,000 DOE, up to 70,000 OTE PermanentFusion People is recruiting a Construction Project Manager for a well-established and rapidly expanding self-storage operator with sites across the UK and a strong pipeline of further development.This is an in-house role reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will lead projects from inception through to completion, covering redevelopment of existing buildings, new builds and mixed-use schemes. It is a genuine cradle to grave remit rather than picking up someone else''s programme halfway through.What you''ll be doingCoordinating internal resources, third party suppliers and contractors across live projectsDelivering projects on time, in scope and on budgetDeveloping project scopes for new build and refurbishment schemes, including objectives and technical feasibility for stakeholdersManaging resource availability and allocation, and tracking project progress throughoutHandling changes to scope, schedule and cost using proper verification techniquesMeasuring performance, reporting to senior management and escalating issues earlyWhat we''re looking forProven track record in construction, fit out, refurbishment and building project managementExperience with new build steel portal frame buildingsExperience running projects from cradle to graveStrong on budgeting and analysis.
