The there is huge scope for future progression and development, offering the opportunity to build an internal project team as things ramp up. This is a truly unique role, you''ll be working on one of a kind venues, with a strong future project pipeline. The Role:You''ll act as the client-side Project Manager, taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure successful delivery. Initially, you''ll be heavily involved in a major refurbishment and extension project in the South East, with further schemes across the South East and Midlands coming online. This is a highly visible, delivery-focused role - ideal for someone who enjoys being on site, solving problems, and driving projects forward.
