The successful candidate will have a proven track record in general contracting and be ready to lead projects from inception to handover, ensuring the highest quality and compliance with strict deadlines and budgets.Key Responsibilities· Manage construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring targets for time, cost, and quality are met.· Prepare, update, and oversee detailed project schedules.· Monitor all phases of work, proactively reporting progress and risks.· Maintain strong on-site presence, supervising day-to-day activities and contractors.· Coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.· Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.Requirements· Degree in Engineering or a Technical Diploma.· Minimum 5 years'' experience in a Project Manager role within construction or general contracting.· Solid understanding of site operations and technical drawings.· Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.· Proficient with Autocad 2D, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.· Knowledge of the Italian language.Desired Skills· Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.· Resilient under pressure, with effective stress management skills.· Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication.· Results-driven with a proactive, hands-on approach.Seniority level
