The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. The Role Manage construction projects from start to finish. Prepare, monitor and update project programmes and short-term works plans. Coordinate Site Managers, labour, plant, materials and subcontractors. Monitor progress and take corrective action where required. Manage project risks, opportunities and resources. Lead project meetings and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Provide regular progress reports and project updates.
