Construction Project Manager Our client is a well-established design and build construction and MEP contractor delivering high-quality engineering, construction, civil engineering, refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their Construction Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to take ownership of multiple projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role combines both site and office-based responsibilities and offers excellent opportunities for career progression within a growing and employee-focused business. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery and Programme Management Develop, manage and monitor project programmes across multiple construction projects. Plan, organise and coordinate labour resources to meet project requirements. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety and programme performance. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards. Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle. Contractor and Supplier Management Procure and manage subcontractors, consultants and specialist suppliers. Oversee material procurement and ensure deliveries align with project schedules.
