Construction Project Manager - Highways
The RoleThe Civils Project Manager will assist with overseeing the operational management of multiple projects, or one larger project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.Projects range in value up to 3m and involve close coordination with site teams, commercial staff, subcontractors and clients. Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing health, safety and quality standards across multiple projectsPreparing and reviewing RAMS and Works Package PlansProducing lift plans and project documentationCreating and updating project programmes using MS ProjectProducing short-term programmes and managing project sequencingResource planning and workforce managementManaging quality processes including Inspection Test Plans and Work Inspection SheetsCarrying out site measures and progress trackingAttending site, progress and programme meetingsWorking closely alongside the commercial teamAssisting with tender submissions and pre-construction activitiesMaintaining project records and general administrationManaging and supporting Sub Agents and other site staff RequirementsMinimum 7+ years'' experience within the UK civil engineering sectorStrong site-based operational experienceExperience working for a contractor or subcontractorRelevant CSCS CardSMSTS or SSSTS certificationFull clean UK driving licenceProficient in producing and updating programmes using MS ProjectPackageSalary up to 75,000Car allowance negotiableCompany laptop and phone25 days holiday + bank ..... full job details .....
