Construction Project Manager for Groundworks and RC Frame

Location: North London Project: Basement and 7-Story RC Frame Development Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major residential/commercial development in North London. The project consists of a deep basement and a 7-story reinforced concrete (RC) frame. You will take full operational ownership of the site, managing the project from the piling mat stage right through to roof completion. Key Responsibilities Site Management: As Project Manager you will deliver the project safely, on programme, and within budget. Technical and QA: Complete all Quality Assurance (QA) paperwork and maintain stringent technical standards. Procurement: Schedule and order site materials efficiently to prevent delays. Problem Solving: Raise and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve design and engineering conflicts. HandS: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site. Requirements Proven Experience: Track record managing similar groundworks and multi-story RC frame projects from inception to completion as a Project Manager. Background: An engineering background (Civil/Structural or Construction Management) is highly preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, excellent paperwork management (QA/RFIs), and a sharp eye for health and safety. Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid are essential.
