Construction Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a major site transformation programme for a an 18 month FTC.This is a hands-on project management role, delivering a range of construction, infrastructure and site modernisation projects within a live industrial environment. The programme includes demolition, civil engineering, structural works, steel fabrication and infrastructure upgrades, so this is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex projects and seeing them through to completion.The RoleReporting to the Head of Site Development, you will take responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering construction projects safely, on programme and within budget.You will work closely with internal teams, principal contractors, specialist subcontractors and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.Key responsibilities include:Lead the safe delivery of construction, infrastructure and site improvement projectsManage demolition, groundworks, civil engineering and new construction activitiesCoordinate construction and capital equipment installation programmesManage contractors and subcontractors, including progress reviews and performanceMonitor projects against programme, budget, quality and risk objectivesEnsure compliance with CDM Regulations and HSE requirementsWork closely with Production, Engineering and Facilities teamsSupport NEC contract ..... full job details .....
