We are looking for an experienced Construction PM to join a Main Contractor leading the delivery of high end resi project in Sutton. The project is on site and scheduled to last until mid 2027, with future similar projects close by in the pipeline.

The project value is roughly -45million and is a fairly high end, so we need someone who has delivered high end resi projects as PM for the Main Contractor and understands what the expected levels of quality are.

This is an immediate start role, and we are able to offer a contract that sits outside IR35 as well. We have interview slots booked with the client.
