Construction Project ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a well-established and growing built-environment, property and construction consultancy, working out of the Southampton office.This is a client-side focused Construction Project Management position, working across a varied portfolio of construction projects throughout the UK. You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, design teams, contractors and other key stakeholders.The role would suit an experienced Project Manager with a background in construction consultancy and/or client-side project management who is looking for a varied position with excellent opportunities for long-term career development.The RoleAs a Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:Managing the day-to-day delivery of construction projectsManaging projects through pre-construction and post-construction stagesCoordinating and managing design teamsActing as a key point of contact for clientsManaging client accounts and maintaining strong working relationshipsManaging contractors, consultants and other project stakeholdersCarrying out contract administrationPreparing and maintaining key project documentation and processesMonitoring project programmes and ensuring key deadlines are achievedProviding regular progress reports and updates to clientsIdentifying and managing project risksContributing to value ..... full job details .....
